  • I think that one thing that will help is to ask yourself why you didn't stick with it before. Ask yourself if it was a good enough reason to stop. Each time that I have "taken a break" it is because I become lazy...allow weight loss to become overwhelming...let life events interfere. None of them were a good reason at all.
  • If you will google ml to cups a conversion tool will appear. Just change to cup to whatever type of cup that you are converting to...such as US...Imperial
