So, my weekly goal will be to lower the amount of bad carbs that I put into my body. No more white breads or white pastas for me. 100% wheat and grains is what I'm going to do, my exercise goals will be 4 days in the gym with a mix of Zuba and yoga. What's everyone's else's goals for this week?

I'm so sorry about your mom, I know how hard getting out that door and In to the gym is. I'm constantly battling my depression and bi polar (with a doctor's help of course) but we can do this! I know we can.
