My only saving grace is now that I'm gluten intolerant, I can't drink beer. Distilled spirits seem fine! Yay! One of my sisters can feel the difference between potato vodka and wheat vodka.... Me, not so much.

I basically skewed the data to reflect the increased fat and protein, and reduced carbs. I also basically follow the second Dr. Atkins diet book (New Diet revolution, or something like that..... his second book) It would be easier if the program had an actual Low Carb setting...

I've had three scopes, and cartilage trims (two on one, and one on the other) and totally agree that less weight means less stress on the knees. I have also found, for me, that cutting out the sugars and flour actually helps my arthritic knees feel better, so less aleve.
