The number on the scale (122kg). This confirmed what my family has been trying to tell me for ages. I never really realized it physically because I was always lazy, never injured and only wore baggy clothes.

M/20/194cm (6'4'') SW: 122.5kg (270lbs) CW=GW: 83-85kg (183-187lbs) I started to maintain just a few weeks ago. I now want to gain muscle and strength and also get rid of that remaining flabby belly fat.

I have not run for weeks. It's time to pick this exercise up again. I am starting today. My goal for this month is not too ambicious (60km) but there will always be a next challenge =)

It is not normal to be able to just float on your back when you are swimming. :o I realized this on vacation when i sank like a stone. It was really scary at first.

Went to the store to have the wristband of my watch, which I have worn like this for the last 6 years, shortened by one link. It fits like a glove. Yesss!
