Happy that I stuck to my plan yesterday. Dinner with friends at a Mexican restaurant. I had one margarita and that was it. We ended the evening at our house and had a nice cup of tea. Thanks for keeping this going! My goal is the same as January - 2 drinks on Friday and Saturday nights. AF on any day that I have to go to work the next morning. The January challenge was really helpful for me. Feel so much better. Good luck to all!

Sharing what I have noticed since reducing my consumption. My goal is no alcohol on days before I work (Sun-Thur). Two drinks (wine or beer) on Fri and Sat. 1.
