  • Yes! Food scale is def my best friend. Plus I just stay low carb until about 6 pm and then eat complex gluten free carbs after that. And of course lots of strength training, core work and running!! I used to be very over weight about 4 years ago and I have never looked back, it's so nice to be healthy again

  • I should have clarified haha. Def know it's not a year round sustainable look. But its like running a marathon, I wanna just say I can do it. But I also know it will be the hardest thing I've ever donr, I can already tell. Much respect to anyone who has achieved that level of fitness
