I love that I have worked hard over the past few years to maintain my health. I love the feeling of being proud of myself AFTER I am active and push myself to new limits. I love when healthy food makes me feel satisfied and it tastes even better knowing that it is good for me :)

Sorry! I didn't see this in time. Fortunately, winter will provide more snow and opportunity to sled again! I know that it was indeed a work out from how ancient I felt the following day :)
