I had both my knees replaced at the same time a year ago last June. I highly recommend doing both at the same time I had worked my legs in preparation for the surgery. Not a lot of fun but pushed through the pain. Was working out with my trainer for the last 12 years until the end of May when he died in a freak drowning.…

I always find that this is the hardest part maintaining right now I'm having a hard time staying within the nutritional boundaries and even eating as many calories as suggested its crazy when I don't keep track my weight goes up
