Today's rapeseed oil is a genetic engineered product. It was introduced into the US as Canadian oil and renamed canola oil for marketing. The original rapeseed oil was grown to produce a lubricant oil. It was labeled not for human consumption because original natural rapeseed oil was toxic.

I am in my fifth week of Contrave and Scale Down. I have always keep away from weight loss pills and fad diets. I am not a binge eater but I do get satisfaction from eating certain foods. I'm back to. I got a new phone 8 months ago and just today added MFP. I did gain three pounds but have to loose that and a lot more. What I learned last year help me from gaining it all back. MFP works.
