try to eat at least 4 servings of vegs a day. I save mine for dinner...I used to eat 4 pieces of pizza..so that is 680 calories. Instead I eat 2 pieces of pizza and a can of carrots with a pat of butter. Just as filling, but only 540 calories and the carrots are nutrient packed. I know how easy it is to fill up on snack…
