I am 5'6" and gained 40lbs with each of my pregnancies. It's hard to gain and loose that weight more repeatedly. Feel free to friend me. I am trying to loose some pesky pounds that I haven't been able to loose over the last couple of years and tone up considerably. Especially my abs.

Find exercise that you can do with a friend. Having somebody I am accountable to makes me more likely to stick to an exercise regimen.

I think it is always a good time to start a good exercise regimen. Whether it be walking, jogging, workout DVDs, or going to the gym I think it's an essential part of any good weight loss plan. If you develop good habits now, you'll be less likely to regain the weight later.

I'm doing 21 day fix extreme and one of my best friends is doing t25. I agree with many of the poster is above. Start out slow with modifiers. Obviously you'll get the best results if you stick to the meal plan. I also agree, don't wait to get started, start now! You will be in great shape by the first of the year.

I find I have to do a mix of both. I can't get the muscle tone I want with just cardio, but I can't achieve the Weight loss I want with just weights alone. You could do both at the gym or there are plenty of programs out there that include both.

Nope, but I love my 21 day fix DVD's. I can work out at home and they are only 30 minutes. Huge core work for me.
