July 16 Yes x 3! I am so excited! My leg hasn't hurt from a long-standing problem since my PT on Friday. I go to the PT for my back, but I think they found a solution for my leg! I'm crossing my fingers that it still feels all right tomorrow. B)

I was over by 60 calories today, so I have to put in for Pass #1. :/ However, I am down 4 pounds from our start last Saturday! I know it is unrealistic to expect this rate to continue, but it is certainly a great way to start the month! :)
