Hi Lindsey, I have been on MFP for almost 3 months and struggle every day with my binge eating hunger demons as I like to call them, made some progress through both a better diet and exercise. Would be glad to share my insight. Thanks, Jim

J, thanks for the book recommendation and the idea that what I do is a habit never thought of it that way switched to diet soda 3 months ago never going back now to just get down to seltzer instead of diet soda. Regards, Jim

Welcome, book nerd here too just got done with "A Prayer for Owen Meany" John Irving is amazing like to reward myself with matching 100 pages for 2000 steps taken gives me more motivation to walk it off.
