Just joined this week, looking for motivation/support buddies so please add me! :) I previously lost around 4 stone (56lb) to get down to a normal BMI level back around 2008. I use a ‘neck down rule’ if it’s just a sniffle/head cold/sore throat I’ll usually still hit the gym, although may not push as hard as usual. Any chesty cough, fever etc. I’ll give it a skip, common sense really :)
