I am currently on WW and trying to decide on what program is right for me. I am having a hard time staying on track with WW and find myself not tracking once I've fallen off plan. I see positives in both programs and know it is I who is failing at WW.

I am with Weight Watchers right now and have been for over a year (this time around)and find it very difficult to stay on track.

I have failed at it...maybe one day I will go back to it and actually do the whole program. Don't know what my problem is...

Well I did the first five days last week...missed Saturday's Cardio day. Will start off tomorrow with work out one. Really could use an accountability person to do with. Y'all help knowing you are doing it too. Really like this routine, don't know why I find it so hard to stick with.

I am starting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution on Monday. I tried it once before UT didn't make it past the second week due to getting busy. Hope to finish this time. All help would be great.
