Drink ensure plus or boost plus shakes it has 350 calories and is really small bottle Two times a day as between your meals it helps !

I'm 95lb and my goal is 115,I used to eat less then 1000 calories daily,so I started this goal 4days a go ,it's really hard but what is helping me is the ensure plus shakes it has 350 calories and is only 8oz so I'm not full for the rest of my meals :)
