Right now I'm working full time and don't really have much time to exercise (plus I am exhausted when I get home)... Moreover, I work at Domino's and it's hard to eat healthy with so much crap available 24/7. You said my body needs to adjust to a healthier amount... How would I go by that? Thanks for your reply

I weigh 150 and I am 5'5". I understand why you would be wary About giving me advice... But trust me, going back to bulimia is the last thing I want to do.
