  • I barley getting 500 calories myself but I'm still losing .. Plus I'm working out now too. In the last week I've lost another 5 pounds. Plus I've started using whey for protein. Another thing. I eat a meal in the morning before I take the adderall then I get hungry in the evening. Watching what I eat of course.

  • I've finally noticed at 40 pounds.. Even though people said I had lost the weight, I didn't believe them till I finally had to shop for jeans again because I'd lost so much weight. You will get there don't worry. :)

  • I usually have yogurt and coffee for breakfast or I'm hungry in the afternoon. If I'm really running late I pick up low fat chocolate milk. It makes me full at least (I also take adderall so my hunger is a bit different than most of you)

  • Well I had my free " trial" class yesterday morning. It was totally intense. But worth it. I think I'm going to take it up. And all I really want to do is just hit the bag and lose the weight ( gain muscle too) not really interested in a specific. I'm also doing this as a therapeutic thing .
