Same here, after 9 faithful months on southbeach diet I have hit a stall. I lost 70 pounds at a rate of 2 pounds a week. Now I am lucky to drop a half a pound a week. So half of everything I have read says drop my calories, the other half says increase my calories and fix my metabolism. I hope someone knows the answer.

58 here, and I started southbeach diet 9 months ago. I am 75 pounds lighter and never felt better.

Just checking out the 50+ ladies. I am 57, lost 60 pounds in 6 months and I have 40 more to go. Is anyone here on southbeach, or no white diet?
