Oh, and I plan all my meals for the week on a Saturday and on-line order twice a week (as my fridge is just not big enough)

I went pro but I don't think you need it - just decide what your calorie count for the day is and what your macros should be in percentage terms - that's all you need. I then use Joe's recipes and ones like them (eg healthy eating) in combination with MFP. I tend to use Remember Meal and save them using the header Recipe…

The BC guys show you the calories but it's the macros you're interested in.

Chicken Pie for sure!

Hon, abs are made in the kitchen and you really need to stick to the food, if not the exercise. The weight you put on will in all likelihood be muscle. Just start with the cycle you liked the most and go for it! Good luck!

I always make sure the base quantities is 1g or 1ml, then you change the portion size - much more flexible and you don't have to think too much.

I had a look at the, ahem, helpdesk info and you can only see people's diaries, so you need to know when they used that recipe, which is a complete pain in the a**.

£40 per annum if memory serves me and something like £7 or £8 per month.

Oooo, good tip Jo - will give it a go.

I'm staying with my graduate macros/1742 calories - it seems quite comfortable for me re the quantity of food. If you think you have too much food, just cut the calories by 100 for a week, keeping the macro ratio and see how you feel.

It does take a while initially but then MFP remembers your choices (well, mostly) and then you can adjust the weight as appropriate. Stick with it - it does get easier.
