Congratulations! I've lost 25 lbs so far. I'd like to lose 10 more. I'll see at that point whether I'm satisfied or want to lose more.

I drink my coffee with a dash of milk and only log the milk. I use coffee to "replace food" in that I used to eat/drink habitually through the day without truly being hungry.
