Most important thing is never eat less then 1200 calories. Our body needs that much to function. If you eat too little the body holds onto the weight. And yes our body does fluctuate from day to day. That is also normal. Just keep at it and things will start to move.

I think if you are eating less than 1000 calories a day you are not getting enough nutrients and protein. These are all essential for good health. I understand you are eating lots fruits and vegetables but protein and healthy fats are essential for your health.

It is a big first step for sure. As everyone say you can start out slowly and build on. Sometimes going all out and starting with being strict with your diet and starting an exercise program is just too big of a change. In my case I have just restarted and I had to join a local weight loss meeting so that I am accountable…
