Follow "stephanie person" she is the keto guru. She is the most knowledgeable that I have found. She eats very clean and explains everythings. As far as being afraid of fat, the only thing to worry about is sugar and carbs!!! But you should choose good fat, no veg oil etc

Diet coke is chemicals. Why do we want to drink chemicals. They make it taste so good. I would slowly ween myself off of it. If we drink chemicals we will damage our body. Please take care of yourself, you are worth it!!

Hi, I am doing hclf.I find it the best for me. Lost 20 lbs since October , 7 more to go. Down to 1400 calories per day. Weight train 4 to 5 days per week. Was down to 168 but 172 is where I fluctuate. Right now 174. I am 5'11". The only time I feel skinny is when I am below 170 lbs. My highest weight was 255 lbs!!!
