I have stopped eating when I was depressed. I don't eat candy, pasta, pork, or drink pasta. I work out for 2 hours 4 days a week. I stay moving when I am not at the gym. I try to get at least 5 hours of sleep a night. Thank you.

I am working two jobs. I start my day at 4:00 am and head out to work. I work at my first job until 8:00 am then jet off to my second job. I stay at that job until 6:00 pm. I eat 1500 calories a day. I started at 500 lbs in 2010 and I am now 286 lbs. I do work out for 2 hours four days a week. I start with a 7 min. cardio warm-up and then I hit the weights. Everything is happening at once now. I started to eat right and now the pounds are melting away. I have three job interviews this week. I graduated from my course in Medical billing and coding. I am continuing this week for my associates. I am buying a nice car. So much stuff happens when you turn your life around.
