Since i posted I have been struggling - today I am doing good. My goal is to get back to 50 carbs a day and then down to 25 net carbs.

I am low carb. Have been since February. I was successful and then I got lazy and stopped tracking. I'm back and I an going to so this. I feel so much better low carb.

Keto here - My Dr put me on in feb and I felt amazing. Lost some weight, gained some energy it was awesome. Last few months I've fallen off the wagon, just laziness with some travel. Today I am back at it, back at day 1. Add me if you want!

My final straw was 2 weeks ago- I dislocated my shoulder while tubing with my kids at the ski hill. I did not fall off or do anything crazy. I simply landed into the tube wrong. I am 100% confident that my weight played a huge factor in my injury. Nope. No more. Dislocated it on a Sunday met with my doctor 1 week later on…
