Ooooh GOOD GOOD GOOD! Lifting is just like anything else....the treadmill even. It's intimidating until you get in there and do it. After being shown techniques once or twice, you'll be a pro! I'm convinced this is the way to go.

Lift weights. Seriously, if you're not try it - it makes a HUGE difference. Previously, I lost 50lbs & the magic didn't start for me until I began lifting....and lifting heavy. Cardio burns are significant but once you're done with your cardio, that's it. Lifting/strength training (which can include squats, lunges, etc)…
