Your body adjusts to the "new normal" and that's what causes plateaus-- try actually adding more food for a while like sarahlthrash suggested to get your metabolism up, then cut back to your restricted calories. 5'8" 144 lbs, trying to get down to 130! I've lost 8 pounds so far but I've done this dip before and gained it back. Trying to push through the plateau this time - first step is getting under 140.
