I’m looking to start keto diet but would like some direction to the best site for food recipes. I feel I need to prepare some keto friendly foods and don’t want to guess what’s good. I just need th direction.

When working out legs or heavy upper body day I usually eat a cup of oats and banana 2 hours prior to working out. I would not eat right before a workout unless it's a shake(fast digesting). You don't want all the blood focusing on digestion rather than your muscles.

When you sleep has anyone ever told you that they've heard you stop breathing for short pauses? Sleep apnea does not allow you to reach a deep sleep where the quality rest is. Just a thought to rule out and take a look at.

Treadmill is a good home solution if you don't get out to the gym or neighborhood walks. I have one and use it most when I don't have time to get to the gym.
