shouldn't really affect your sleep..just relax by watching tv or something. Avoid caffeine though but I'm sure you know that.

yeah no..better off just going through cut/bulking cycles. Possible to gain strength while losing fat yes but muscle..no unless they're noobie gains.

slow process but be accurate with your logging and you will see the progress. You should really notice the progress after 2-4 weeks

Use it as more of an estimate especially now that I'm on a cut. I don't need it but there's days where I know I don't get enough protein

I have set days where I do certain body parts such as my "Pull" day being biceps/back and my "Push" day being chest/shoulders. I find this kind of routine works best for me and it's rather simple to understand. Of course, I also have the dreaded leg day. I do mix some cardio in before/after my workouts

doesn't matter if you eat or not. Eating carbs before hitting up the gym can help your performance though but it's up to you to decide what works best. Best to wait an hour or so before going to the gym so your food has time to digest if you do decide to eat.

Just stay on top of it but understand that in order to build muscle (you won't get freakishly big, you don't produce enough testosterone) you will gain some fat it's just a matter of making sure you don't eat too much good stuff like you said. recomp is a much slower process so I won't recommend that if you…

Logging food is a pain in the *kitten* and I don't really need to since I did it for over a year and have portion sizes mentally ingrained in me. Anyways bro, it was fun.

You lost 4 pounds because a lot of it is usually water weight..happens to me too especially after a day where I eat tons of carbs. Just stick it out and see your progress. If you don't see any progress after 2 weeks, your either not counting right or need decrease calories

Eat. Quit fearing fat gain, inevitable. Just don't be a dumb *kitten* and eat pizza every day if your metabolism isn't fast enough to handle that. also make sure you're actually pushing yourself in the gym otherwise you're not going to make no gains.
