Feel free to add me. Not new to MFP but am trying to get back into this again as I have gained a bit of weight.

Feel free to add me. Just getting back on here too.

Tell everyone about my new friend striderb. I would talk endlessly about him and his magical white beard.
-
Totally. He looks like the CEO *big name company here*

Usually it's older ladies who compliment me the most :/ but other than that, nope.

keep your mind off of food by distracting yourself but best thing is if you need to be up late is to save calories.
-
50-80g is what I shoot for but more than that is fine too if it meets calorie goal..any lower than 50 though and it's not good imo. You should make sure you have good fats and avoid saturated fats (fast food)

You probably just need to rest it. You probably aren't using as good form as you might think while swimming thus causing pain. Not a swimming expert but that's my guess or it could be that you are doing too much. Most of the people on here telling you to go to the doctor are being dramatic.

Go out and tell everyone of course.

none of those supplements really work if your diet isn't in check and even then, it's very minimal at fat/weight loss. Don't waste your money..
-
You make it sound like it's the most depressing thing ever to be single. Pathetic. I love being single.

personal trainers are good for introduction I guess but in the end, a lot of them have their clients doing dumb shat that doesn't work for everyone. I wouldn't waste my money on a personal trainer, just ask around at the gym for help and look online for diet advice.

holy fuark, were you on that holocaust diet? start eating everything in sight..
-
Lol at believing it will make a difference..probably a whole 9 calorie difference which isn't much. I agree with the person above, make your own. also lol at being on a cut and making poor choices still

I won't offer to be your buddy/motivator because honestly it all falls on you and there's very little I or someone else can say to you to keep you on track because we're all on our own journeys as well but here's what I'll say: Take things one day at a time. Constantly remind yourself what it is you want from this. Do you…

anything high in protein such as chicken, fish, eggs..

No. If I plan on staying up late (usually I do) I leave calories available.

not sure what you mean by tone up but if its how you think you mean you will not "tone up" it's a long process which you have stated but you won't do that while on a deficit. Just focus on weight loss and retaining as much of your current muscle as possible. Start lifting weights and get yourself a routine. Then when you…

It must be your running motion or your shoes imo. I use to run a lot and I never experienced this. I've heard of it happening but never to me since I invested in a good pair of shoes at a running store which is key if you want to run a long time..

You'll only build muscle if you eat at a surplus so you will inevitably gain both muscle and some fat in the process but as long as you don't over do it, you can keep the fat gain to a minimum. Chicken fish whey protein (although you don't need this) eggs are cheap protein sources and are filling. Keep in mind this isn't a…

I would say taking them every day is bad, yes and honestly they don't really make too much of a difference in weight loss. Your better off using C4 if you want something for energy. (don't take it at night time, it'll ruin your sleep) CLA doesn't sound like something worth using, I would not bother buying it. If you have…

You'll probably burn out quickly doing this but if your cardio is light (walking or bike) it's fine I guess
