Hey guys, I'm Ben Add me! Quick facts about me:
- I'm into weightlifting, cardio (running) and soccer/football
- I'm from Montreal, Canada
- I'm 34 and I have three young children
- My mother tongue is French, but I'm totally fine with English (mostly :P)
- I work from home (self-employed)
- My current goal is to gain definition by losing more or less 10 lbs for the summer hotter months

I've been running and working out for a long time but I am going to start eating healthier and a bit less to get the last bit of fat off my body and keep it that way. I love MFP. I tried it a few years ago and found a lot of success.
