• Hope everything goes well. Yes weighing food makes huge difference, I recommend a ozeri touch scale it makes weighing food quick task.

• Ozeri touch ii works great for me. Measures in liquid oz, oz, grams, lbs and has a tare mode. It's really accurate. Runs about 27$ walmart but you can find it cheaper online.
