I would say I lost about 15-18 pounds. The past 4 weeks I probably have lost 5-8 pounds. Total I have lost 23 in 11 weeks.

Ha. I can't imagine 30 oz of coffee. I drink like 4 oz of coffee with a tbsp of MCT oil and a splash of cream. It definitely does not affect me that way. I contribute that to my meds though.

Man this is why I love this forum. I never thought of hwc and butter in the same boat. I use the cream because I can barely stomach the coffee as it is. I can't imagine black. I am learning though. @reblazed thank you. This actually sounds pretty interesting. @KnitOrMiss ypu know I didnt add any hwc or almond milk to it. Maybe that would have made it more like I cream for us. Thanks for the heads up on the flours. I will have to make room in the fridge for them.

Wow you all are so awesome. I wish I had it in me to just eat meat and eggs basically. Even though I have been eating a ton of eggs and chorizo with green chili and cream cheese. My new go to fav when I am making food for just me. I look forward to reading about your successes this month.

I wish just putting it out of sight worked for me. It does prevent me from getting to it in the middle of the night but it does nothing for me when I am awake. I just want to start slowly throwing it in the trash. uugghh!!

@kshama2001 I am guilty of it as well. Lately I have been increasing the weight as much as I can handle. I know stuff that I use to fly through before has been a bit more challenging. It is really crazy how much harder it is after being out for 10 months. I really want to continue to push myself.
