What do you consider IF? And for how long do you do it for? I am considering trying this. I just want to know how much time this consist of. I am up at 4 am and I already do not eat until after 11 or 12. Do I need to wait longer for it to be fasting?

push up update
I am super stoked. Today I did 9 push ups. I tried really hard to get to that 10th one. It just was not happening. I wanted to ask if I should be trying to sets of these? I think it would be more difficult for me to do more. But only because after I plank I cant seem to do them. I typically try to do them everyday.

crashing
I am finding that I am crashing anywhere between 10-12. I have lots of energy in the morning. I drink the BPC around 7ish. Not sure if this is just a temporary phase but it is definitely not like me. At this very moment I just feel sluggish.

So today I did deadlifts with the smith machine. I put 25 pounds on each side. I am unsure how much the bar weighs. I did do it more that 5 reps. So maybe I could increase the weight. update: push ups
I followed the advice that was given yesterday to attempt to do the push ups prior to planking. Well surprisingly I was able to do 5 push ups. Yay!! I seen a lady doing push ups resting on the barbells and she was lifting her arms. Now that has to take some serious strength. I would definitely like to get to that point.
