pork roast recipe

I am looking for a good recipe that includes a pork roast. I want to make some type of stew. Normally I put potatoes or pasta in it but that is kinda out of the question.

Here's my pork roast recipe...just put it all in a crock pot and let it cook for 8-10 hours on low till it's falling off the bone.0 -

Add radishes instead of potatoes. They come out almost identical (actually we like them more!)0

Plus whatever additives are in it. Personally, I'd rather use zest and spices so I can control whatever will touch my food.
