There have been several suggestions for different programs. I have looked up strong curves and strong lifts. I only found reviews of the book. I am already a fulltime student. I have very limited time to devote to reading outside of my studies. The strong lifts 5X5 is very intimidating. I am not quite sure I understand it. Will I have to follow several programs in order to do a full body workout? I do not really know how to look up programs or where to look.

It doesnt appear that I can do the 5x5 with the equipment that is available at pf.

Bodybuilding.com has a bunch of free programs.

I like Stronglifts 5x5 though. It's a pretty simple routine. Workout A: Squats, Bench, Rows Workout B: Squats, OHP, Deadlift
actually I might have which one is A and which is B backwards...but those are the two workout combinations
Then you just alternate the workouts(ABA BAB). One week will be for example:
    Monday- workout a
    Tuesday- rest
    Wednesday- workout b
    Thursday - rest
    Friday - workout a
    Sat& Sun - rest
Then the next week you would do B A B and so on.

There is actually a free phone app that goes with it as well.

5x5 is incredibly simple and effective in terms of time vs results. It's about as full body workout as you can get.

There are 5 basic lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and row. You work out 3 days a week. Day A is squat, bench, row, and Day B is squat, deadlift, and overhead press. You alternate the 2 days. So one week will be ABA and the next week will be BAB. Takes about 45 minutes to complete the entire program.

There's a free app that will track your weights for you and tell you what to use in your next session. I highly recommend it. Let me know if you have more questions and I'm happy to help :)
