Getting back to it

I have had a challenging 3 weeks I would say. I have not stuck to my diet like I want to. I have splurged on ice cream, robbing eggs, and horchata. Luckily I have not gained any weight from it. This morning I woke up and decided that I needed to get serious and return to my low carb diet. There is still easter candy in the house but I am going to do my best to exercise some will power.

It is really important that I do this not only for myself but for my son as well. He is getting a little chunky. For the most part he eats really good but I think I can do better. He definitely eats food that I do not eat. I just don't know how restrictive I should be with his diet.
