I took the past 2 months off from the gym and being less strict on my diet. In 53 days I gained just under 7 pounds. Now that I am back in new mexico I want to be more serious when it comes to what I put in my body and how I treat it. I have started back at the gym since returning home. Exercises that I use to find really easy and thought were useless are kicking my butt. I am really struggling with the idea that I am basically starting over. I find myself working my *kitten* off only to sabotage my diet in the end. I worked my *kitten* off during our last semester, only to gain back 7 of the 25 pounds that I originally lost.

Today my girlfriend and I began tracking our weight and measurements. We will do this once a week, holding one another accountable for our actions and lack of.
