Now I am overwhelmed

I received so much information today. I wish I would have done this sooner. Now I do not know what to do tomorrow morning. For some reason this now feels complicated. What kind of program is right for me?? I need something that I can for sure do. That's the one thing major I took away from this day. FIND A PROGRAM. Maybe tomorrow I just do the circuit until I can do some research.

    Are you talking about a lifting/resistance training program? Just start researching and do your normal workout for tomorrow. It might take a little time to pick something. You'll probably be able to start something new next week if you really want.

    If it feels complicated, forget everything you learned and start again :) Exercise is effective as long as you do it, which means, the simpler you keep it and the closer it is to what you like and feel comfortable doing, the more likely it is you will do it and keep it doing it.
