Thanks for your help. I never realised how poor my diet was until I signed up lastnight and worked out my intake has only been the equivalent of one meal a day then the odd snack. I think I've been that busy with baby that I've forgotten to eat and my stomach has shrunk Will an intake of 2500 be enough per day do u think.…
