Ugh, just seeing the name 'Walden Farms' gives me crippling flashbacks of the time I tried their calorie-free alfredo sauce. I'd have been better off hitting up Sherwin Williams for some white interior paint instead.

I wish those days were on occasion for me, but I almost always feel that way. I combat it by eating a lot of low calorie, high-volume food such as grapes, apples or carrots but even then, it never truly goes away. Remember to drink tons of water.

I'm hoping the journey is easier with friends to hold me accountable, I totally know what you mean. We can absolutely do this and never have to start over again.
