Already feeling energized, two days of clean eating and moderate 40 min cardio. This week I will gradually build in the weights and some yoga.

I'm In. I have lost 31 lbs, since October using myfitnesspal. Now it is time to get serious and get back to the gym. Managed to maintain over the holidays, only gained 1.5 lbs.
