  • Yup. Just the time. As long as it's an active workout situation.
  • My cat thinks she is chinese food. (Joke, no offense implied)
  • Every store can be slightly different on their sizing as well as every person is different. There are three plus size stores that I shop at. For two of them I usually fit a 20 right now, but one of them (my fav lol) I am a size 18. But for a generic sense, it depends how many pounds it takes you to loose inches.…
  • Scoreboard 1. Kaytee86 *Currently just a list of participants, will update to score board at the end of August 1*
  • Yes you will. Last summer, I walked through the whole Season 1. The app doesn't force you to run, just speed up during chasings (in relation to your previous pace).
  • Absolutely awesome. Very inspiring as we are roughly the same height and same starting weight. Thanks so much for posting!
  • I don't mind a meal replacement shake now and then. I will occasionally have one at work when I only have a 15 minute break and it's been far too long since breakfast and lunch is still a ways off. I prefer the Kellog's ones to the Slim Fast ones. For me they do a double trick, they curb the hunger but also convince me not…
  • (SW) July 16 - 262.2 (LW) July 22 - 255.3 (CW) July 29 - 256.5 I am a little up from last week, which I expected. After dropping 6 lbs in one week, then not having the best end of the week/weekend and now TOM, I'm not surprised. All I can do is keep pushing on. I'm still down from where I started and it was only a small…
  • I've always said I'm not a good cook. Turns out that I actually am, but I'm just easily distracted and don't like to. So I tend to stick to really easy stuff. My typical supper if I'm just cooking for myself Lean Angus Burger Thin Hamburger Bun (they look like mini-pitas) Huge amount of frozen veggies boiled. Super easy…
  • @whitneysin Foxy Lady - Jimi Hendrix because you said you wanted a foxy body
  • Weekly challenges would be fun. Could be all kinds of silly things like "5K day" (try to walk over 5K in one day, doesn't have to be all at once). Or "from scratch" (Cook a meal from scratch, nothing prepared in entire meal). And many other silly ideas. If you want help organizing challenges, I would be willing to help.

  • I want to go to the mall and actually be able to leave with more than one item. (The only plus sized stores are either really ugly or super expensive.)
  • I keep my open to my friends. I like the fact that I can view other people's diaries for ideas on meals, which is why mine is open. But restricted to friends for a bit of privacy, because I know the people on my friend's list are going to be supportive and not judgey, if they were they wouldn't be on my list.
  • As a very well-endowed woman (a fact that isn't going to change regardless of how much I loose, just the proportion on endowment) and someone who does still want to maintain some gorgeous curves, my "thinspration" person would have to be Miss Christina Hendricks.
  • When I really need to school myself mentally, I bargain with myself. I look up how many calories that snack I want is and figure out how long I would have to work out to negate that snack. Often my laziness will win out of over the snack. There is no way I want to do a three hour workout for a chocolate bar. lol.
  • I wanted to share a tool I use for weight loss because it helps motivate me. I am one of those crazy people who weighs myself every day. It's part of my routine every morning. The fluctuations don't bother me very much and I can often find them informative. They make me look back and consider what I did yesterday and if I…
  • (SW) July 16 - 262.2 (CW) July 22 - 255.3 6.9 lbs lost! WOOT! Feeling great about that. To celebrate today I'm going to go for a few long walk up to the grocery store and stock up on some healthy food choices. Only 5.3 more pounds to go until my first goal (I'm setting small goals of 10-15 lbs and rewarding myself when I…
  • It can be hard to find shelter from the heat to exercise during the summer. That's why when it's hot out I tend to keep the middle of the day fairly calm, my workout times (if I'm going outside) are usually first thing in the morning (pre-9am) or in the evening (8pm or later) once it's started to cool down. Don't let a bad…
  • Huge tea drinker. I often prefer iced tea, but there are some teas I love that just need to be hot. My favourite teas are often berry teas. Number one on my list right now is a pu'erh tea from David's Tea called Berry Good (pu’erh tea, blackberry leaves, strawberries, strawberry leaves, hibiscus YUM). Some teas I drink…
  • If it's not too late, I would also be willing to join the fun.
  • Hello. My name is Krystal, but I often go by Kay or Kaytee (my initials are KT and growing up I was always Krystal with a K, hence Kay. lol). I'm 26 years old and currently weigh 260 lbs, the heaviest I have ever been. When I hit puberty, my weight started to slowly built. Once in high school, I lost almost 50 lbs, but I…

  • For my late night sweet tooth, I've been trying to have some greek yogurt (which I love!) or half of Kellogs Protein Shakes. I like something with a bit more substance to curb my sweet tooth.
  • I am a very number-oriented person so I couldn't wait a whole week to find out numbers. I like to weigh myself every morning when I first get up and in the evening right before I go to bed. I'm not 100% religious about it. Sometimes I only weigh once or skip a whole day, but I like seeing the numbers and how they…
