Hey everyone. I would love to have a mentor. I just turned 30. I am looking to loose at least 50 lbs. I am somewhere around 260 right now but not really sure. Haven't weighed myself in almost six months. I am looking to focus on making solid changes towards a healthy lifestyle. I am from New Brunswick, Canada. I am getting…

I also requested to join. I just turned 30 in December and it is time to get back on track so that my 30s don't leave me with regrets the way my 20s did.

Moncton, New Brunswick. Would love to have more Canadian friends to cheer each other on. Feel free to add me.

I am also looking at loosing a lot. Probably 100+. But focusing on smaller goals bits at a time. Could also really use some great female support. Don't have many I can talk to about my struggles.

And unfortunately, I am out for this month. Had a couple busy, bad days and didn't log or get my exercise in. Oh well. Keep working hard and come back at it in March. See y'all then!

February 5th Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

I'm doing all right so far. I know I could be doing better, but I have always found February hard. I barely see the sun during winter (at work before sunrise and only get about half an hour or so before sunset in the evening), so I always feel slouchy. And the weather makes going outside more difficult (which sucks because…

I'm gonna try to keep my sugars low. That's always been a challenge for me because I have a huge sweet tooth. So this will be an exercise in patience.

Hello everyone! I'm Kaytee. I saw this challenge a long time ago, but had only discovered it half way through a month. Then forgot about it and myfitnesspal for awhile. So now I'm looking forward to the challenge. Over January, I had really strong intentions to do my best, but got sidetracked by stress and lack of self…

You could potentially not be measuring 100% accurately. I used to under estimate my calories a lot. But my personal rule is to understand and listen to your body. MFP isn't a doctor and doesn't know you and your body. It can only provide general guidelines, based on averages. However your body may not need the 1800…

Hey there! Feel free to add me. I am looking at loosing probably 80 pounds or more, when all is said and done. But I haven't really seen that weight since I was 16, so I really don't know what my final weight will sit at. Right now just focusing on health!
-
I am just about at that mark myself. Looking at needing to loose at least 80 if not up to 100 in the long right. But right now I'm looking at much smaller goals. Starting at just making it down 10 pounds. Then I will worry about the next step.

I would just be happy to be able to shop at the mall and go into most stores, rather than just two, and find things that fit me. So that takes me to needing to be roughly size 12-14 before that will start happening around here.
-
I am still at the beginning of my journey, but I'm starting to notice some stuff fitting better/worse than others. So I've decided that once a month, I'm going to go through my whole wardrobe and decide what fits and what doesn't. If it's too big, it goes in the donation or trash bin (basic on condition of clothing). Then…

August 2 - 33 minutes walking/running.

I know they are good for me and I did all of them. Doesn't mean I have to like them. lol.
-
I just finished Week 2, Day 1 after taking a few days because I was too busy with work. The running part was fine. I could easily handle 30 seconds, however those heel lifts made me wince. Those are not cool.

Whoever is joining us on this, I would recommend posting some times by early Sunday morning. I'm going to be away from the computer Sunday afternoon - Thursday evening. Going camping. So will update the scoreboard before I leave, then once I get back.

Adding everyone on the pink team as friends! Also posted a chatter thread in the group for us to talk in. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/50229-biggest-loser-team-challenge

The biggest thing for me is to not be too hard with myself. I am not expecting miracles overnight. There are going to ups and downs, good days and bad days. I just have to remember to focus on doing good each day on it's own. If something happens that wasn't good, learn from it and move on. MFP isn't about being on a…

Hey there! I know how you feel. In May I went down to Florida with a group of my friends to visit the amusement parks. I could only end up going on a few of the rides. Now I'm trying hard to loose weight, not just for my health but for my happiness as well. I'm no expert, but I can help encourage you!
