Give it time. It's tough in the beginning but you get used to it. I've been grain-free since April and I feel a ton better. Once in a while I miss bread, but not so much anymore. The benefits are worth it.

This seems like my group. :-) I am 5'7", reached a lifetime high of 220 and stayed there a few years, now I'm 186, hoping to eventually get back down to the 160s. Would be happy to find some support buddies here. The holidays are going to be tough!
