Spreadsheet updated for week #3. Also, @headrain .... are you able to calculate the extra points we gain by going over the miles to destination, as the spreadsheet does not calculate that?

Back on my bike today for first time in a WEEK. Felt refreshed and relaxed. The break did me no harm at all. Back to the gardening on Tuesday. Nearly there with all the heavy work, and finally looking fwd to the planting.

UPDATE: @headrain & all team members: I made some layout changes to Team 3 data sheet. Current week (Ireland) is now on TOP; anyone looking for last week (Greece) just scroll down..... I hope that's ok with everyone.

@headrain, i've updated spreadsheet..... i felt team 4 seemed easier option. PLEASE feel free to adjust further according to preferences etc. I'm not colour coordinated, so perhaps someone might like to enhance visual appearance if that sort of thing is important. also, seems a good idea for ALL team members to get into…

First of all, well done on the strength workouts. fantastic! Garden? I'll be growing lettuce, scallions, onions, carrots, probably sprouts and cabbage. I don't have enough room for potatoes... perhaps just a few.

I'm glad you liked it! For me, the big challenge get is not eating late. A friend of mine on another challenge reminds me that much of it may be "memorised" and meditation will help. I find it does and I use a fantastic phone app.
