Congratulations Nicci. nice results coming from focus, exercise and good eating.

Thought for today: I have power within me. I choose to use some of this power to create my intentions. My priority intentions today are to drink lots of water and not eat after 7pm. Let it be so.

Ouch. After my long cycle last Saturday, my lower back muscles are all tight. I should really have booked a massage afterwards. I was doing well on new plank sessions, but yesterday was a no no. I knew I'd do more damage than good. I'm hoping plenty walking over next few days will help.

Hope you'll be feeling better soon, Lynn.

We'll done Nicci. That's great burning.

Oh. I biked just over 8 hours today, Saturday. Anyone have a problem if I count it as part of Monday's race challenge? Bending the rules

Not break a leg anyway, JagZag! It's a social event, rather than race which suits me at my age! Goal will be to get one another to the finish, and hopefully not walking like John Wayne tomorrow!

Update coming tomorrow afternoon after my first big bike event of the year. 200k (122 miles) over rolling hills of South-east Ireland. Weather forecast looks reasonable. Last time i did this one, I totally underestimated the effect of passing my front door after 140k, with a further 2 hours to the finish line. At the start…

I was used to doing 20 as part of my core sessions. 50 today was a breeze. 20,20 and 10 in between my other bits.
