when i eat i follow the bariactric plan that was given to me years ago, that is probably why my pouch is so small. although i am on medication that often messes with my satiety...sometimes in my favor, like right now(no appetite) i have no contact with my surgeon.
-
i do not have contact with my surgeon anymore. my pouch apparently is still very small, i can only eat about 6 ounces of food at a time, when i do eat. and i am 7 years post op.

weightloss... my body is very resistant
-
ok, so its not a "fast"... is it healthy to get all your nutrients through powders and vitamins(whatever form), NO FOOD?
-
i am desperate...basically, that is it. and i will do anything that doesnt put me in the hospital, now or in the future.
-
congratulation!!!

two things you can do hon, find people you agree with or have things in common with or just find inspirational and click on their picture and it will give you the option of sending them a message or adding them as a friend. or you can go to "find members" and put in search criteria, to find people who are similar to you,…
-
guess that answers my question, thank you all for you input...lol also, i have to take gummy(and they arent bears, just circles...lol) or liquid vitamins due to malabsorbtion. i had gastric bypass...no haters, please. i had to, due to medical problems. i dont need to be judged for it on here. i get it enough in real life!!!
-

[quote="Think about the money you saved too! I estimated that I'm saving about $50-$60 a week by being AF Mon-Thurs. Great job! There's alot of gains by being AF and Moderation! What will you do with your extra cash?[/quote] That saved me $55... of course thats going towards protein shakes...lol

I have had gastric bypass in the past, my system is now built to handle being on a diet as such.
