Yes... I find that training actually makes me less tired. I'm big on the mental side of training. In that, even that I'm tired, I have to be hyped up. By focusing on just lifting and nothing else you will forget about everything and be in the right mind set for it. It's hard to be tired when you know you have to push hard…
