I usually take a pre-workout stimulant. 20 minutes later I'm ready to go even if I didn't feel like it.

2 weeks in, nothing yet! I think by weeks 6-12 I will notice a big difference.

You will get some awesome calorie burns on the bike and it's fun. I love riding mine.

I'm doing IF (eating between 9am-5pm) and I find it a great way to maintain a caloric deficit. I do all of my cardio and strength training fasted as well. I take a preworkout stimulant before training and sip on zero calorie cordial with added creatine and BCAAs before and during workouts.

Hey mate, we both have similar goals. I'm looking to lose around 7kg too.
